Finding none, I decided to go with a new construction. Even though Tyler knew that the new construction company would not provide any real estate compensation, he hung in with me through the whole process. He gave helpful suggestions for how to get my house ready for sales and wrote a good description for buyers. He always seem to have time and was punctual when we had set meetings up. I would use him again which is my highest recommendation.
